Drafted from completed procedures, ready for the team to review and send.
Reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups sent by the practice’s own automations instead of typed by staff.
Measured from the records of iCoreOS practices that switched from another system, comparing equal periods before and after the switch where noted. Results vary by practice.

07 / Trust, built into the work
Your practice runs on trust. iCoreOS is built around HIPAA’s safeguards, and the AI agent runs on AWS under a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement.
Encryption protects information in transit and at rest.
Staff and agent access are governed by practice permissions.
Safety checks run on every action, like an allergy conflict or a patient who opted out of texts. Clinicians review and sign clinical work.
Audit trails record access and changes to patient information.
08 / Before you make the move
A new system is a big decision.
Start with the details that matter.
iCoreOS is the practice operating system. Scheduling, charting, treatment plans, insurance, billing, payments, and communications share the same foundation as the AI agent. In your demo, we’ll map which of your current tools it replaces and which integrations you still need.
AI can prepare work, propose next steps, and carry out supported actions—from appointment preparation to patient follow-up. It can only do what the staff member asking is permitted to do, practice settings decide what runs on its own, and safety checks run on every action. Multi-step plans are shown step by step before they run. Your clinicians remain responsible for diagnosis, treatment decisions, and signing clinical documentation.
We move practices from Open Dental, Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Curve Dental, Planet DDS, Archy, and tab32. Your implementation team reviews the source system and available exports, defines the transfer scope, and plans validation with you. The migration plan covers what can move, what needs review, and how the team prepares for go-live.
The timing depends on your current system, data, locations, and team readiness. We’ll work through those details and agree on a go-live plan with you, including migration review and training.
Access is governed by role-based permissions. The agent works within the permissions of the staff member using it. Encryption protects information in transit and at rest, and audit trails record patient-data access and changes.
Yes. iCoreOS supports multiple locations within a practice, with location-specific schedules and settings and access controls for the team. We’ll review your locations and operating model in the demo.
We’ll walk through your workflows, product fit, pricing, migration scope, onboarding, and support. Bring the tools you use today and the work you want to improve, so the conversation is specific to your practice.
The next chapter of your practice.
An unscheduled case. A claim to chase. A recall list.
See how your team could handle it in iCoreOS.
